Trivia Question❓

What famous Florida restaurant is known for its world-famous key lime pie, alligator bites, and beautiful waterfront views?

Answer at the bottom of the newsletter

Brooksville Bagels is set to bring a taste of New York to the Nature Coast when it opens on August 1 at 330 Ponce De Leon Blvd.

Co-owners Anastasia and Michael Alaimo spent more than two years perfecting their vision of preservative-free bagels and hearty breakfasts, aiming to create an authentic, community-focused spot.

This opening comes as downtown Brooksville continues its revitalization, with the Community Redevelopment Agency supporting local business growth and preserving the city’s historic character.

Major developments like the Statewide Logistics Center are fueling economic expansion, even as residents voice concerns about increased traffic and congestion along State Road 50.

Despite challenges, local events such as the Downtown Street Market help foster community spirit and entrepreneurial success.

Excitement grows as Brooksville Bagels prepares to become a beloved new gathering place in the city’s busy downtown.
